Our Karonda Achaar is a prized family recipe handed down by my great grand Nani. This version of the traditional achaar is made with organic ingredients sourced from our farm situated in the Aravali Hills hand made by my mother.
The Achaar is made in small batches with deseeded karonda, garlic, green chillies, spices and cold pressed mustard oil.
It's delicious when eaten with Mathis, dal chawal and paranthas!
