Crunchy, spicy and tangy is how we describe our kimchi. Our Radish kimchi is made with fermented radishes grown on our farm with chillies to give a full bodied sour and spicy flavour. Kimchi when eaten in small quantities helps in promoting gut health.
Eat Radish kimchi raw with your meals as a pickles, cook with it, add it onto your ramen!
