It's rich, satisfying and creamy. Salty miso and sweet scallion oil pairs so beautifully with the creamy burrata.
- 1tsp miso
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp Struggle Butt Scallion Oil
- 1 ball burrata
- Udon noodles
Step 1. In a bowl, combine miso, soy sauce and scallion oil and mix together.
Step 2. Add noodles to the bowl and break burrata and mix well until noodles are coated in the burrata, scallion miso mix.
Garnish with Fried Garlic, scallions and sesame seeds.
